One thing I've noticed tonight is that at some point the park hours calendar gets to be a day off. I looked up my arrival day (Friday 11/9) and it was displaying the park hours and EMH for Saturday. Thursday's listing showed the info that's for Friday, etc.

EDIT: Actually, it's the entire calendar that's off by one day. Tomorrow's (Thursday 9/22) is wrong. It's showing Friday's hours and EMH.

Just sent off an email using the address on the info page of the Google Play store.

Bummer, update 1.1.0 did not fixed my issue with signing in. Darn thing still won't get past setting up the security questions. Fortunately have 15 months for them to get things fixed.

I don't mean to be a troll, because I think this is an overall good idea, but won't everyone without a smart phone be left in the cold on this one?

Well more than half of cell phones in the US today are smartphones. The penetration rate for smartphones is going to keep rising, so those wanting to get more from their phones will likely be getting a smartphone anyway. Disney can also have txt messages be sent out on an hourly basis with wait times for those with feature phones.

I know this fact first hand, as I recently broke down and purchased my first smart phone After three days of use, I can't see myself ever going back to a regular phone, so I guess you are right about the smart phone statistics. I look forward to using the app is Disney to make our vacation better. You can count me as a pro-app guy now for sure.

I wonder if the park hours calendar issue is some kind of time zone thing... It was fine earlier today so I presumed they'd fixed the error, but then this evening the calendar is off by a day again. Odd....

I was wondering the same thing. The app most likely pulls the time from your phone, not Disney's servers (which may be housed redundantly around the country). Thus, someone in Central or Mountain Time would be seeing a different schedule.

The app is designed for people who are on property. Playing with it at home is just for fun, on our own accord. So, if this is what's happening, I wouldn't expect them to fix it. As long as it works based on Florida time, that's all it needs to do.

Well, I'm on the East Coast, so it shouldn't be different.
But either way, it shouldn't matter because the park hours are displaying by date. If the calendar is displaying the park hours for Saturday, September 29th, it shouldn't matter what date, hour or time zone I'm in when I'm looking at that info.

Have you tried logging Into the Disney website recently to make sure your account is complete there??

Well I thought I saw it said next year, along with windows phone. It doesn't help that RIM has pushed back their newest os.
That was a horrible move for them. I hate to see another choice dropped from the market.. choice of device is so important to smart phones.

RIM has been in a freefall because they took their eye off their primary business by going all hog into the personal market. Choice matters, it innovates the marketplace. The same is for OSs, a different pov helps. I doubt that RIM will come back with the new OS. If MSFT or HP doesn't buy RIM, they will be gone in a couple of years.
