In a word, yes. You'll probably see Disney deals for the exact reason you mentioned (though I bet many are targeted towards locals). We'll also likely see discounts of plane tickets (though those may be offset by fuel costs some). Sadly, it'll probably be a very inexpensive time to travel to Disney (or anywhere)
