to be totally honest. I just remember seeing something about a "missouri project" on this thread. So i did some research and wallah. I am still trying to figure out how to navigate this site. I have been reading posts on here for years, but never really explored how to search for particular posts. Sorry for posting in the wrong spot. I should have know that any disney news is usually on here the second it comes out or is made up. I'm a moron again i apologize.

reading up

I started reading up on all the investor stuff on their site.

When they mention their blue sky concepts they keep mentioning hotels and entertainment stuff in big cities.

I guess it could be a hotel or entertainment center or a mix of both.

I would doubt they would built a park in any cold weather environment in the US. Disney wanted to put a park in NJ years ago but the cost of putting a dome in was too high. I can see hotels and such but not a park.

Summer.

And to whoever said otherwise, there was NEVER a serious look by Disney at putting a park in New Jersey.

Thank goodness. I spoke to a woman in the company this week. VERY high up. Probably the highest I've ever talked to... We were BSing about various company ventures and when I was talking about the NYC thing she said very little beyond:
a. the hotel/theater/entertainment center is a great idea that will help the company grow... continuously and consistently.
b. when referencing mutual people we knew (that I was admittedly asking info from), she said that they had better not tell me too much, if they knew how much trouble they could get into.

With this info, I am excited because I felt that it must be a plan that will build profit for the company and is a secret worth keeping.

wow

IF Disney does do something like that I would have to stop myself from going every weekend.

ITs bad ernough I visit the world of disney store once a month . I have been trying to get different character photots from there.

Also if it is a hotel I would definately stay there even if its one night.

I hope you would be able to use dvc points there.

It could also work out for the aprks too .They can have these wdw and disney nyc hotel packages where you spend some nights at the parks then get flown up to nyc and spend a night at the hotel and see a disney play (could be the reverse too)

Holds a lot of promise :)
