Disney Springs Tenant Map

There have been a whole bunch of financing statements filed recently, no new names that I can see, but they have confirmed some locations. I am still going through them and updating the first page, but so far I have found these.

B15-111 - Trophy Room (Heir)
B15-104 - UNOde50 (Jewelery)
B06S-111 - Sperrys
B06N-111 - American Threads
B06S-115 - Everything But Water : When this opens I full intend to go in the store and ask if I can buy some water

Although we pretty much knew this, the documents confirm that Art Smith's restaurant is going in B10.

Ok, I have finally correlated the map on the directory with my map. I haven't had a change to update the map or list on the first page, but here I have marked in red the 7 locations that are still not accounted for. It's hard to tell on the directory map where stored may have been combined or subdivided to this might not be 100% accurate. The most conspicuous spots are B17-115/215 (a two story location), and B19-101. There are good sizes locaitons in a pretty prime spot.

The directory shows restrooms, stroller rental and "Sundries" in that building. Not sure if it will just contain sundries or is there will actually be a store called Sundries. It's possible that there will be something additional in that location.

In the last aerials I saw it didn't even look like that structure had started construction yet. But, maybe the plan changed from the map we've been looking at for so long.

It looks the same on the directory and my map. That are was providing construction access to other area which is probably why they haven't started on it yet.

Yes, that is being called the Neverland Tunnels.

the sundrees building is the rest room building, B-15 is an empty lot that is walled off.

I just got back from Disney Springs this morning and there were a lot of shops that looks close to opening. They just had the film over their windows. Columbia, Trophy Room ( which opens tomorrow ), Johnny Was, Free People ( their exterior sign is now up also ), Luxury of Time, Vince Camuto were a handful of them that I remember.

Also, as a side note, Sprinkles had a pretty decent line right at 10am and none of the new food locations were open ( Poutine, BB Wolf, etc. ) so they must open later than the rest of the shops.

The Disney owned places open at 11 AM.
