Do we know what the status of the ramp off of I-4 is? Obviously they're making great progress on the connection to Disney Springs, but I wonder how far along the actual ramp is. Is it supposed to be an elevated bridge ramp (flyover style), or a ground level one?
It is all built up compacted earth, ground level from I-4 to the overpass. The only part that's elevated is the bridge itself and the stacked garage entry.Do we know what the status of the ramp off of I-4 is? Yep. If the garage entry backs up for any reason, there's a secondary access to the surface lot. If access is needed to BV Dr from the overpass, it's easy to simply merge into the exit out of the surface lot.Edit: Google Image Search was way faster, so here ya go:
PS: I didn't realize this ramp was going to serve the surface lot as well. I thought that other elevated curve being constructed was going to merge back onto BVD. Interesting! Again, learn something new every day!
No pics? They're adding brickwork to the pedestrian bridge supports.
I'll take a pic on my way in tonight. It was dark when I noticed it. HahaNo pics?
Photo update as of Tuesday, June 30. Architectural definition to the pedestrian bridge support at Buena Visa Drive. The brickwork is currently being added to the outside of the support across the street, near Team Disney (no photo yet).
