Ehhh..this kind of thing has been done before. It will turn off some, but most will enjoy the gimmick as long as they taste good. It certainly will not deter me from giving them a go.

Sure it is, but putting the word "poop" with a food item is probably not the best idea. It would be especially unappetizing if you've just come off of Kilimanjaro Safaris and saw the real thing.

but it's generated a ton of attention on social media. like others mentioned, it'll turn some away but probably intrigue many more

I think this is completely trashy toilet humor marketed at the absolute lowest common denominator. "Hur hur, look ma, imma eatin poopoo, nomnom fart!"

In the big picture, it's not a huge deal and I wouldn't make it out to be the end of the world. But it is disgusting and trashy nonetheless.

Love this idea! So many people complain about how we only get "themed cupcakes," but this is something creative and specific to AK. I will without a doubt be tasting these fake feces during my next trip.
