I am thinking of getting my daughter a Sully Pillow Pet at downtown disney, since she LOVES monsters inc. She already has an Eeyore one, but I use it half of the time! Lol! :p I was wondering what you guys think of pillow pets, also. Are they durable, soft, cuddly(they are to me and my daughter!), basically just your opinion. Thanks! :)

*Sulley ;)
But they are NOT durable, not at all! My girlfriend has a Rex one and a Pluto one; both have holes from being machine washed. If you can hand-wash 'em, more power to you, but I'm not spending any more money on those cheap things.

Really? I didn't know they could get holes in them from machine washing them...huh, strange. o_O

I love them! Bought Marie a couple months ago.

My daughter used to be obsessed with Marie! She still has some love for her though..;) She used to have a Marie stuffed animal when she was 4 or 5 and my husband threw it in the wash, because it was dirty and I told him to wait and it was ruined! :( She was heartbroken.

We don't have Disney ones, but we've had ours (ladybug and dolphin) for nearly 2 years. The ladybug one we have developed a few holes in the face this year, but it's still quite functional and the holes didn't grow with wear and washing- i.e. my daughter was able to keep using it. Their pillow pets are washed once every week and while they hardly look brand new (and we've had the minor holes issue as noted), I think they've held up extremely well and are worth the $ IMO.

I don't have a Disney one, but we have the Bumblebee. DH bought it for me, at least 3 years ago, because it was well before I was even pregnant with DD. It's so cozy. DD has a miniature purple unicorn. They are both in good condition, I haven't needed to ever wash them so I don't know how they'd hold up. But I really like them!

We were also thinking of getting a Tigger one, since my daughter hopes to go to Princeton, just like her dad. Tigger has so much energy, which I think is partly the reason why she is so energetic;)

Best wishes to her! I just finished that whole process so if you want advice, you know where to find me.

We bought my son a Stitch one and he loves it!! We've washed it on the delicate cycle with no problems - but only 1/2x thus far as we just bought it in June. Hopefully it holds up :)
