Disney park in Lima, Peru ?

So I am at work today, and the woman in the office next to me says "Did you hear, Disney is opening another park in Lima, I knew I should have bought land there" (she is from Peru)

So, this is news to me. And I am wondering why I have not even heard rumblings of this anywhere. That means its Google time.

Of course ABD does have a Peru trip available, so maybe thats where this rumor started.

Anybody else hear anything about this ?

Yea...I don't see this one happening. South America is such a HUGE market for WDW, I can't see them building a park to take away all those visitors.

Yeah. Well the fact that it's a huge market might make them think that they warrant their own park. But WDW's visitorship would drop, and yeah, that would be a problem. I don't see it happening.
