Disney Park $1000 Spending Spree.!

Wow, that's a lot for me. as much as I love WDW stuff, I don't know how easily it would be to spend that much!
Oh wait....

I would get something silly and Villainous (because I collect Villain merchandise)from the Villain store there.

Then I would head to Sid Cahuengas and splurge on some cool Hollywood Artifact.

Epcot - World Showcase, Mouse Gears, Pin Station. My resort would hate me because I would send it all back to there for later pickup (I'd have to borrow a cart or three to get it back to my room though). Then there is the problem of transporting it back home. If drive then car would not have room. If flew then there is extra baggage to check and the cost associated with it. So, looking at it that way... I would have to look into utilizing a portion my $1,000.00 to have shipped from Epcot bypassing my Resort directly to my home.

Disney Holllywood Studios-I would spend tons of money in the Art Of Disney store,Sids Antiques and Curios,Star Tours,Muppets, and Tower Of Terror gift shops.

Expand my Haunted Mansion and Figment collection and get all the Monorail stuff.

I would go to EPCOT, hands down. I'd spend most of my day in the Mexico pavilion doing the most expensive tequila shots they have, and then I'd stumble around World Showcase buying anything that caught my eye. Best day ever.

While I love the shopping at DHS, I would have to go with Epcot because there are many more choices and great food to go with it cause let's be honest a shopping spree around the world for me and DD4 will leave us hungry. If DH tags along we'll feed him too, heck we might even spend $20 on stuff for him, lol.

Easy choice for me. I'd walk directly into the Art of Disney Epcot gallery. I'd spend it on a piece of art to hang on my living room wall. Every time we visit I drool over some of those paintings that I just can't justify buying because of the prices.

I'd hit up MK. First stop would be Uptown Jewelers! I'd buy a couple of the Harveys Disney Couture bags and a nice piece of jewelry!!

Well there's only so much of the girders I can drink,and there's no way you'd get it at world showcase,not even UK.Do you get it in the Channel Islands,it's been years since I went to Jersey.

Now this is probably going to come as a bit of a shock....but I rarely do much in the way of shopping at WDW. Soooooo, I'm having a really tough time coming up with an answer.

I really want a Dooney, but that would only cover a portion of this $ + I can't recall seeing them for sale in any of the parks. Seriously...can DTD count??? It would help with the rest of my shopping! I'd get my girls every possible princess and super hero costume so we could have dress up extravaganzas at the house. I'd also get them more pins- and whatever DH wants.

IF this does not count...I guess we'll burn it in Epcot. It's tempting to buy some retro items, but it might just be more fun to do a 50/50...50% towards alcohol and 50% towards food.

Epcot for me, and once I got round to Japan and wandered into the Mitsukoshi Department Store, that $1000 would be gone in next to no time.

My mouth is drooling at the thought of $1,000 spending money! We came close once... last trip in 2010 they were having a promotion of $XXX amount in gift cards depending on what resort you were staying at and when. Even though we were already booked, I called to see if they would honor the deal (since we qualified) and sure enough we did! So, because we were booked in 2 value rooms, we got two $300 gift cards! There are six of us so we each spent $100 on souvenirs! It was so awesome! Plus, one of my coworkers was going at the same time so I told him to call and they honored it for him too.
