I just read an article on a new ice show they are creating called "The Incredibles: Adventures Through the Magic Kingdom" If this is not a plug for the 50 years of Disneyland I don't know what is. Which got me thinking if they were able to have a contest in making an ice show what would you call it?

Mine simply Figment's Imagination On Ice. And Yes Dreamfinder is a part of it too. Although I would like to see Dreamfinder holding Figment like he use to we would probably see the big excuse from being a dino-barney rip off on skates :lol:.
Put all the characters together and definitley play "one little spark" In the show.

So let's here all your ideas!

I've been to those Disney On Ice shows. In fact, DH took me there for Valentine's day last year because I was missing WDW so much, he decided to buy tickets to go. It was weird to be the only adults there without kids. On what show I would create, I would stick to the classics like Pinochio (sp?), Dumbo, etc.

i think it would be nice to have a permanent ice rink in disneyworld where they can have disney on ice shows. Ive heard many times the shows have to be altered because of ice rink sizes, lighting, etc when on tour. If they had a location in disney they could control the variables alot more and control the shows final product. Just a thought. :)

I wish Disney on Ice would come to a place near me. Last Christmas I drove 20 hours (10 there, 10 back) just to see the Beauty and the Beast broadway show in Winnipeg. I needed a disney fix. I know lots of you don't even drive that far to get to WDW. Ah, how it sucks to live in the middle of nowhere.:(

Hello to all...

The New Disney On Ice show is called The Incredibles Magic Kingdom Adventure. The show is based on the movie the Incredibles however this time they aren't actually doing the movie/story in the show... The Incredible family (aka the Parr Family) goes to Magic Kingdom and well things happen etc. etc. Dont want to spoil anything. It will be a great show and definatley something you Disney fans would want to see for it brings you right into the Magic Kingdom Attractions! Well there you go for now...

I saw Nemo on ice last December and loved it. :lookaroun Really, I did love it. I was just there with no kiddies. :lol:

i was actually surprised by how good the disney on ice show are

i saw monsters inc, and i had seen a lot when i was young

the quality is surprisingly good, especially for a show thats constantly on the move

but, alas, yes, i was with there with kiddies

I remember seeing Beauty and the Beast on Ice when I was probably about 8 or 9 so this was a good 10 years ago atleast. It was really good though, thinking about this makes me want to see a Disney on Ice now though.

I would love to see a Sleeping Beauty on Ice, it would be great to see how they come up with Maleficent as the Dragon

YES INDEED!!!already got my tickets last week...i was very excited , probably more than my 5 yaer old!!!..its kinda like a disney fix...you get to see a good deal of the fab five which is pretty cool....both my girls go crazy... i start to bawl...well beacuse i cry at everything....especially seeing the look on their faces when they see mickey....priceless!!!
