Disney officially announces the Western Beltway Property expansion

When we say it is "outside the gates" we are mostly referring to those archways you mentioned. This is by intention and the gate wont be "moved".

That was my question - everyone keeps saying "outside the gates" - so theoretically they could move the gate further along the roadway, and still be within RCID - that's what I wanted to know. I don't think they would move them, but it could be possible if the new area ends up heavily themed.

`Outside the gates` means off property to me. The Arch signs are set well inside property limits, and are just themed decoration. The World Drive signs for example are over half a mile inside the World.
