Precisely why DeSantis outlawed mask mandates. You can’t required vaccinated individuals to mask.
He outlawed government / county mask mandates - he did not outlaw private businesses from doing so.

Businesses, such as Disney, are able to do so. The governor's EO does not impact this.
You can do whatever you want on private property. And since the governor outlawed checking vaccination status, this is what we're left with.
I mean, I live 30 miles away with an AP and if they revert to indoor masks, I’m not going until they drop them again. Also, I’ve mentioned this several times but I’m fully vaxed and wore my mask when and where I was supposed to. But I’m not going backward.
I previously suggested this could be Disney’s response, but not under the current circumstances where local officials are declaring an emergency. After the Delta surge, I think they may very well adopt that solution though. My prediction is it won’t be too long after this current surge passes.
