Disney Marathon Question

I am heading to Disney with my wife and friend this weekend. Our friend is running the half and full marathon and we would like to see him run down Mainstreet. We are staying at the Dolphin and would like to know if early that morning is it possible to drive to the MK or the Contemporary. I know we can get to the MK by monorail but I imagine there is no way to walk through Epcot at that hour. I've heard a lot of roads are closed ealry in the A.M.

We know our way around WDW very well but wasn’t sure what streets or transportaion would be closed.

If anyone has tried to get around during the Marathon and knows the answer it would be greatly appreciated.

According to the Marathon Program, the TTC and Magic Kingdom will be accessible only by monorail. Unless there's a back way into the Contemporary, I would bet that the same will be true there.

You can drive to MK and park at TTC. To get to Epcot you need to take a monorail.
