So, it's managements fault that someone who is actually in the park, and is paid to pick up the trash, and didn't?!!! Come again? So management said in a meeting, or public statement, "We will no longer pick up trash around the parks!!!" You expect me to believe that right?!!!
While I agree that budget cuts affect quality of work, I don't agree that it's managments fault that these things aren't getting done to the traditional Disney standard. Sometimes people have to take on more responsibility. Share more of the burden. That's life. To make it sound as though mgmt. is solely responsible for this issue is erroneous. It's EVERYONE's responsibility.
