Great news! Finally announcements regarding some of the rumored lands and attractions I will be intrigued to see some of the concepts arts for these new proposed areas if they even show any. I'm happy whenever I see any cool announcements for any Disney Park. Now I have a reason to pay attention to the expo and read people's daily blogs on it.

Be careful . . . it doesn't say anything about "lands." New attractions could mean 1 based on Avatar, and 1 based on SW. We've been teased and disappointed before.:cautious:

Well, attractions in and of themselves don't make a land. The placemaking in and around the attractions (restaurants, shops, etc.) make something a land.
You know, there are certain things a city must have before it can be recognized as a city, such as animal shelters, a post office, and so on. For Disney theme parks, it's a similar situation for "lands". For a land to be recognized as a "land" at Disney theme parks, it must have the following:

(a) two or more similarly themed attractions;
(b) at least one similiarly themed restaurant;
(c) at least one similiarly themed gift shop;
(d) matching outside similar theming for streets, walkways, building facades, lighting and utility ornaments;
(e) similiarly themed rest room areas;
and (f) (most important) at least five similiarly themed Meet & Greet areas.

If an area meets all criteria listed above, then (and only then) is it officially recognized by Disney as being a "land".

I'm pretty happy about this, so all we have to wait for is D23. Though now I'll be REALLY disappointed if nothing is announced for it.

Well my point was that if they are adding another attraction or 2 for star was they will do additional place making (there already is a lot of Star Wars place making in place around star tours). I don't even know why this is a debate when the insiders have already confirmed a unified land, Tom staggs has said cars land would be the model going forward(probably more to do with Harry potter), and iger said expect a bigger Star Wars presence in the park. 2 + 2 = 4 people
