I am planning a trip from March 12-15th of 2009...how will it be crowd wise and weather? I am staying at Candy Cane Inn (any reviews)

I am taking my oldest child by himself as some fun bonding time. I am looking forward to it since my hubby isn't a disney fan

I haven't been to disney in years...any tips?

Early march should be a great time to visit! The day you arrive (Thursday will be the quietest). Disneyland gets really busy on the weekends as all the locals show up. So expect bigger crowds starting Friday night and continuing through Sunday. Use fastpass, and eat at off times that will help.

There's a great little foodcourt in the Grand Californian that often gets overlooked in busy times. Just exit out the Grand Californian entrance of California Adventure and take a left. It's hardly ever crowded.

The weather in early March should be nice, bring light jackets in case the evening and mornings are cool.

You'll love Disneyland! Have a great time! Ask if you have any other questions!:)

Your hotel is cute. It's been there a long time the rooms are average, nothing special and clean. Only downside is they are not interior rooms and can get a bit loud with the pool in the courtyard, the voices carry pretty far. Walking distance is not bad at all unless you have blisters!

DEFANETLY ride all the big ticket attractions on Thursday and use Fast Pass the rest of the weekend. Go for early dinners and go on attractions during parades. on the weekend days, go back to your hotel during the afternoon or use that time to stroll and absorb the park. IF you have the chance and your kid is old enough to appreciate it, take the WALK IN WALTS FOOTSTEPS tour. Also make sure you ride the attractions that have been there since 1955.
