Disney Imagineering Testing Dragon

The Disney Dragon is still active on Twitter. One of the few "fake" Twitter accounts I've seen that actually stays fairly funny/insightful.

I would have loved to see the moderator stop them immediately and say 'That's very nice Mr. Obama or Mr. Romney, but the question was ...'

Now, I get why that sadly wouldn't happen. But to allow execs to use you like toilet paper is not the role of a reporter.

The BBC's Jeremy Paxman is your man for that job. Youtube clips of his interviews with leading politicians, especially the one with Tory MP Michael Howard.

Im sure they wouldn't spend money on the dragons just to use it once then throw it in storage they are probably working it into a show and if not then for special events only it would seem, My guess on when we will see the dragon is during snow whites grand opening.

What, Where? According to who? Curious.

Possibly for the Avatarland project if it happens. It's rumored that there will possibly be a night time show at AK in this land revolving around the avatar creatures and that's where this dragon would come into play. Did this help?:)

Thanks.:)

I've heard the rumors but Bolt seems to have first hand info, not rumor or speculation in the tone of his post so I'm curious.

So then it's a banshee and not a dragon?

O yeah I forgot they were called banshees in the film. Amazes me still that a great visual film such as Avatar is so forgetful not just for the characters but with the creatures themselves for most people like myself (Can't really name more than 3 characters from that film). So basically yeah my opinion is they would just transform the dragon seen in NFL into a banshee and make it part of the show IF it happens.

I think they'll bring the dragon back... maybe reworked for avatar land (if that goes anywhere)
I want to believe this... you're about the 200th person to say they think that. Thing is, the logistics of getting that thing up in the air once, on one night, were insane. My gut says making it happen as part of something more frequent associated with Avatarland (or anything else for that matter) isn't going to to happen. I mean, if they couldn't do it for more than one night after associating him with New Fantasyland...
