Choose the turkey leg tour of WDW!!Sooo, with no fatspasses or entertainment around the parks, this is an all new dining reservation app?

Option 2.Soooo an MDE that works or another halfassed piece of Disney tech that “kinda” works while requiring a different login?
They usually draw the symbols in the castle courtyard and light the blue flames around 2 am. You just have to be there at the right time.I already have an active suit against WDW in progress regarding lack of actual 'magic.'
Still coming, I honestly wish they would just fix what they have instead of bringing this behemoth to the already glitchy app/website.
Option 2.
More Disney tech that won’t work! Hip-hip-hooray!
Okay it’s about as “Late 2020” as it gets. Wasn’t there a compelling reason to have this launched in 2020? For some reason I thought there was.
Not to give this a fake “bump” but is there any new intel on this still happening? I can’t imagine it being shelved given the data @lentesta provided that TWDC was looking for revenue generators in this tech. Now more than ever I’d expect this. Curious to see the direction they’ll take when we do get back to 1/2 normalcy sooner rather than later.......
There’s 50th stuff next week? What’s that gonna include? There's an outside chance something might be announced along with the 50th stuff next week. I'd be mildly surprised if it did, though, because I thought the layoffs hit those teams pretty hard, and I thought we had a pretty decent idea of the unsolved problems that remained.
I'm still unclear about the revenue model, and I haven't spoken to anyone who's sure of what it'll be. Disney put out a survey last week asking about the appeal of a monthly subscription service that included access to "original travel tools":

The groups producing those items are pretty disparate, and some are vastly more expensive and customer-facing than the others.
You mean like ...... oh yes, the Touring Plans tool.I'm guessing this is more for people that don't know what the parks have to offer and what to do next. Most of us, at least on here, have an idea of what we want to ride and in what order to maximize our days. I don't know why the Genie feature wouldn't just be in the Disney app but it could be helpful for people that don't go often. It would be really useful if it planned your day based on wait times - that could actually be really cool.
Is Touring Plans tool in the Disney app or is that an outside app? I don't know about it, just curious. You mean like ...... oh yes, the Touring Plans tool.
Unless Genie offers something unique, like you can’t add extra FPs without having it, I’ll stick with @lentesta ’s tried and tested tools.
Touring Plans is a website that specialises in trip planning. It has a feature whereby you can either use their suggested touring plan or create your own. It then uses years of historic crowd level and wait time data to create the best route to take and how long it will take. It uses real time data from users already in the parks to optimise the plan in real time. @lentesta is the owner and brains behind it all.Is Touring Plans tool in the Disney app or is that an outside app? I don't know about it, just curious.
And how does Panera Bread fit in to all of this? There's an outside chance something might be announced along with the 50th stuff next week.
