Much like the Pixar list you can shuffle around a bunch and they are all pretty good

Except for Hulk and Iron Man 3 - Hulk because aside from Ross, it's basically a cousin of the MCU...and Iron Man 3 because they really botched the villain

Universal owns the rights to the Hulk solo films...and in The Incredible Hulk, the Hulk is played by Edward Norton, and looks very different than in The Avengers in 2012, where he's played by Mark Ruffalo.

There were plot elements of that film that haven't really been touched on since, and the only character to appear from that film was Thaddeus Ross in Captain America: Civil War.

Because Disney/Marvel can't make another Hulk solo film without Universal, Hulk, now played by Ruffalo, has to be a side character in other films.

That's why the Hulk is going to be in Thor: Ragnorak in 2017 instead of his own Planet Hulk movie.

It's a planet in the galaxy that in the comics, Hulk fights in Gladiator form

It has been said in Thor: Ragnorok, that Planey Hulk elements will be fused into the plot - which is really exciting!!

Essentially, pretty similar situation.

It was the same with Sony too...but now they seem to have a worked out a deal where it's profitable to both companies. I hope Fox works with Marvel on Fantastic Four...that needs help

I think Universal is willing to work with Disney though, so it's more like Spider-Man. Disney just doesn't want to because they won't make all the money, and they don't think Hulk is important enough, unlike Spider-Man.

Spidey is the money maker. And Hulk works so much better as a role playing character anyway. So I think it works out great!
