I am looking into buying into DVC and wonder what the requirements are Disney financing, Is there a minimum credit score? Income? Etc, Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

There's an application process, but I don't think it's as easy as you must make at least "X" amount of dollars. I'm sure they'd take into consideration your credit score, plus whether or not you own or rent your home, how long you've been at your job, etc. I know a lot of times people don't want to talk to a DVC rep until they're SURE they want to buy, but I don't think there's any harm or cost in just finding out if you'd qualify for their financing. If you'd rather, you can always talk about a similar loan through your local bank (rates might be better, too).
