This is an example of the attention to detail that Disney does.

They tried to make the Hollywood Tower of Terror blend with the Morocco pavilion using both the paint color and the Moorish architecture at the top of the Tower. If not, the tower would stick out like a sore thumb when one is looking at the Morocco pavilion from this angle. It would ruin the theme and the atmosphere.
