I know this is a quick one, but I'd like to hear everyone's opinion. Do you like to be in the parks at night or during the day. I'd have to say night. All of the magic comes alive at night!

I'm a night person, I don't like the light(I wear the oakleys 24/7 in FL).

I especially like nightime during Christmas, it's open late, it's nice and cool, it's magic.

I think anytime is a great time to be in the parks, but I also have to go with night time, I am also very fond of dusk, just as the light is fading.

I think each park has at night. Mk is the best at night, especially when SpectroMagic is coming down the street!!! I love World Showcase at night, and The studios seems to come alive, and I actually went on a night safari at DAK, and loved it!

I like the parks first thing in the morning, when everything (and everyone) is fresh, cool, clean, and happy. I leave by noon, and don't go back until after dark, if possible.

Well of course anytime is better than nothing, but I prefer evening and night. During the afternoon, the parks, especially MK, are usually so packed that its a mad rush. At night, everything settles down, the lines are short, its cooler, and everything is peaceful. Especially on my last trip, being the only one around Echo Lake at MGM, and being one of the only ones in Future World the next night.

By far, nighttime is the best time at WDW, in most cases.

The parks are lit up and presented the way Disney wants to present them to you. All of the rides, buildings, and trees are lit up nicely. Also, little details like the fiber-optic walkways in Innoventions stand out at nighttime.

Some aspects of Disney aren't so nice at night, but that's because of the individual situations. For example, some of World Showcase doesn't look that great at night (Canada's gardens, Africa, etc.), and Fantasyland doesn't look at all good at night.

I perfer daytime, as I found that there were areas of the parks that were so dimly lite in the evening that I couldn't see well...

I think it's much better a night it really makes the expirience more magical.it makes some ride better themed.Plus the spectro magic parade and fireworks are at night!

I agree! I like to see the parks early in the morning when the crowds are still sleeping and the heat is not unbearable. I can see all the details in the buildings which I can´t at night.

The parks also look good at night, but not all the areas... I like seeing the fountains lit and all, but certain areas get too dark to appreciatte them. ;)

I like the daytime because i love the florida sun, and i think most of epcot is best during the day, but the night turns the magic kingdom into a truly magial place by setting the backdrop for the fireworks and the parades or the light show on seven sees lagoon...I also think it's more fun to go on Splash Mountain or the Haunted Mansion at night:D

As far as crowds are concerned, first thing in the morning is the best. Many times, you can do half of MK before 11:00am. However the magic truly shines at night with the castle changing colors and the pixie dust in the trees (or whatever that sparkling is supposed to be).
