Someone posted a similar thread a few months ago. Here were my suggestions for X - Xanatos (bad guy in Gargoyles, first name David) or X. Atencio (the Imagineer responsible for "Yo Ho" and numerous other contributions in Pirates, Haunted Mansion, etc.). He was quite a character...

J = John Smith (from Pocohontas - not sure what "John" you are referring to)
