It's funny how so many think AP's are a detriment to the parks, becaause "they don't spend money". Yet they are the ones going to the festivals multiple times and arguably spending more over the course of a year than the core focus of management - The first-timers.
They also take up far more park capacity and resources over the course of that year.

Bob Chapek does indeed hate APers. This combined annual pass will be super expensive and will only represent a fraction of the visitors. The combined annual pass is a vanity pass that Bob will gladly sell at a premium price.

I think what he meant by "small, unique club" is Club 33 who were supposed to get the premier as part of their annual membership fee. Since they don't have the premier I assume people are given one one each coast, though I couldn't say for sure.

As far as I’m aware, Club 33 members still have a special Club 33-specific premier AP that works on both coasts.

If Bob Chapek hated passholders, they would simply stop selling annual passes. It was not handed down by God to Moses on stone tablets that there must be annual passes. Disney chooses to sell them. The fact that they continue to sell them proves that they continue to have some value to the company.

Oh you mean the only AP for WDW, the Pixie Dust dust pass, or as I like to call it, a $400 parking pass. This proves Bob Chapek hates APers…

It's just the weekday select pass. It gets you into at least one park every M-F of the year except holiday weeks and spring break. That's a legitimate pass.

Also, if they sold any other passes, this forum would attack them for a bait and switch, as the only days available for reservations are M-F anyway.

It’s a garbage pass, but you do get free parking.

Wait - you get parking with your pass?! :( At DL, it costs that much for the Mon-Thurs (and blocked out for 3 months in summer) pass with NO parking included.
Yes, that was ONE pleasant surprise about all of the (now only one) WDW APs they all included parking.
I will say, even the one remaining garbage WDW AP which is only week days and has many, many blackouts, and you can only hold three reservations, at the $400 price, you only need visit about 4 times to break even It’s not too bad, but coming from the freedom of a platinum pass, no blackouts, no reservations, free parking, this one feels like garbage..

Mondays-Thursdays
Tons of blackouts including three months in summer
No parking
Only TWO reservations at a time

Wow I did not realize how bad the DL pass was. I understand Disney hates Annual passholders but in the case of DL, locals make up the majority of the guests I am told, so why such a garbage DL pass exists, I do not know.
