Disney CD's are indestructible

I was looking for some halloween movies and I came across some old Disney CD's. They were in very poor shape and scraped up. One was chipped and had a small crack about 4 eights on an inch into the CD. I popped in every one of them into the computer and they all worked perfectly. I swear its only the Disney CD's and some are back from the 90's. Almost all of my other CD's that have nothing to do with Disney that had way less abuse barley make it thru without skipping. Starting tonight I am going to import all the music to the computer and store the CD's away in nice cases and try to never use them unless I loose all data. Anyone else notice that?

As a bit of an audiophile (eek!), I treat my CDs and records like royalty. That having been said, I have dropped my 1999 "Main Street Electrical Parade" CD case and CD MULTIPLE times over the last few weeks, and neither has shown any sign of wear or breakage or anything! So maybe Disney's CDs are of higher physical quality? Who knows!

I swear by it. If not indestructible they last a long time.

CD's read from inside to outside, so if all the damage is on the outer edge there's a good chance they'll be readable. :)
