Okay... if you include films with just practical pig, then it's ten, otherwise I think it's 9.

Nope ;) But you are closer now than you were before.

am I confused or do you mean to NOT have a G rating. Black Cauldron has a PG while, I believe, all others have a G.

sorry for that...

Now,

sorry bout that last one - a careful reading of the question showed the word servants not soldiers which is what I was thinking of... It was in this movie from MGM and at the beginning of the short Mickey is behind a couch or something... Jimmy Durante comes in....

well anyway, you've got me stumped.

since you implied it was a film as opposed to a cartoon my only other guess would be either Roy or Walt ... but these are total guesses

After a mostly unsuccessful search, my only guess is that this was the first animated sequence in a live action movie...

Nope...

I guess this one is kinda hard...I'll give it a few more attempts and if no one gets it..I'll post the answer (have to give Mightyduck a chance..shes been getting tons of em right)

Okay, it's a live-action film directed by Frank Lloyd and starring Janet Gaynor. The animation, done by Walt Disney, is a sequence where the silverwear and such comes to life. My guess is Judge Egg is the only non-human (or animated) character in the film, but I'm not sure... And Walt is uncredited. It was based on the novel of the same name by Boo Sigrid, who also wrote the screenplay....
