Disney California Adventure - Remodel or Refurb?

I’ve got some questions:
1.- If we don’t follow with the Stark Expo, what should be done with a Bug’s Land?
2.- Is San Francisco still going on the #6 and #7 expansion plot?
3.- What use should be given to Paradise Park + Pacific Wharf? As I previously proposed it could be used as a Bay Area, like San Diego or something like that?

That land is the 'San Francisco' land we keep talking about, ironically named Pacific Wharf, which is set in 1905 San Fran. I think the ideas presented in that land would be a nice overhaul to #4 and #5 on the map, extending along through Ariel and Goofy Sky School.
