It's really interesting move considering it's such a small property.

It's like when Disney bought the magic carpet and magic lamp motels that were right across the street they only charged 45.00 a night not a great place to stay but it was OK Disney bought it changed
it to the Annabelle motel jacked up the price and its still just a ok place to but Disney outright owns it
