You want them to expand the park which draws all the guests because it has so many attractions with more attractions and that won't draw in even more guests subverting the plan to make it less crowded?

Yes they really have no choice. The overcrowding hurts the experience and I did mention things like theaters or shows which eat people but do not have huge drawing power. Expansion is needed and yes it will draw in more people, but they can expand to compensate for the larger influx.
That said I think the other parks need a faster growth rate than MK. They need real pull you in attractions. Expand Galaxy Edge, Toy Story land, Pandora, and add some new lands that also up the attraction count.
Fix that Dinorama area with a land that looks like it belongs in a Disney park. I would build a Jungle Cruise style ride with Dinosaurs and add a real coaster type "E" ticket style ride as an example. They still have plenty of room to add the Beastly Kingdom part of the park to the AK. AK and studio's should be on a ten year plan and MK and EPCOT a twenty year plan to expand.
