Disney booking airline?

Has anyone ever had Disney books your flight? Do they have any pull or reserved seats? I've always used Orbitz and the like. I'm starting to get desperate.... I've been watching prices for almost 6 months now for the first week in April. They are crazy high and it's 3 weeks before Easter! Logic says go Monday to Monday or similar, but I'm a teacher and have to vacation when I'm told. I'm not allowed to connect sick days to a vacation without a doctor's note or being dead. :lookaroun The flights are starting to get more limited from Detroit to Orlando and I don't want to waste my precious days in the car driving.

Any thoughts? I really don't want to cut the trip to a few days or cancel all together (my extended family used airline miles to book their trip midweek to midweek days).

Thanks!

When i'm quoting flight through Disney i've never seen any amazing discount or anything. I think it's more of a convenience for the customer. I don't know why Disney doesn't just have their own airline! It would be the best service in the sky!
Have you tried using Kayak or airfare watchdog?
I hate booking flights, good luck!

The first time I booked through Disney for flights, the flight we wanted was cheaper with them than through Orbitz. It was the same flight.

This time around though not only were there no cheaper flights, but they seemed to no longer be booking for the airline we prefer to use. (Sun Country)

No Discounts through Disney.. but its alot easier to book with them, DME is already set up when you do through Disney. I looked at orbitz, Disney, and the airline page and the tickets were same price, (Atlanta to Orlando).:)
