My children are wanting to get the Cinderella Castle play set while we are at Disney next month. They love to play Disney at home. Anyway, I was looking on EBay and I saw the Magic Kingdom Train Station and SSE from Epcot. I know that they also have the Monorail. Does anyone know the price of any of these items and is their anything else that goes with these things? I was thinking about getting some for them for Christmas, if I can hide any of it from them. If you have any pictures of any of this too that would be great.

My sisters little girl has the Castle and she loves it. We know that we will be getting this one but does anyone know anything else about the others?

I think the Main Street Station has been discontinued. SE I'm guessing would be around $45 although I'm not too sure on that.

I looked last time I was at WDW. They are all in the same price range - around $65. I don't think they have the Main Street Station anymore.

There is also a smaller scale monorail for about $40

As far as hiding them from the kids - they can be shipped to your house

My niece loves the castle, plays with it all the time, one of the best gifts.

i wanted it when i was like 12. haha just because it looks sooo cool. but i know they used to have dicast vehicles, but last time i went they didnt have any.

i have:
pooh ride vehicle
HM hurse
HM doom buggie
tea cups
mickey minnie in car (parade)
test track car
minnie safari (AK)
peter pan boat (ride)
and i think i have more but im not sure
i really want the monorail
all the items listed above i never saw them once on our last trip

I had never heard of this before until I looked on Ebay. It's a cute idea but to small. I can't wait to get there to see what they have. There is no way that I will pay 65.00 for SSE. I can see it for the castle because it comes with characters and things. I may have to get him a really big golf ball.:lol:

I remember seeing the monorail with the track there in Oct. & he wanted it but I can't remember how much it was. I don't think it was 65.00. I think it was in the 25.00 range. :shrug:

SSE is $45ish. Same as Tree of Life.

However, I didn't ever bother to pick up either. They have phased most of these toys out so get them while you can if you want them.

I have the Castle prominently displayed in my living room, but didn't get SSE or ToL because frankly they are small and cheap looking. They would look silly anywhere near the Castle because they are like 1/3 of the size.

I'd like to collect the monorail hotels and a couple of the attraction toys (Haunted Mansion mostly, like everyone else) but they are just about impossible to find now unless you pay over $100 each on eBay. On my last trip I combed WDW from top to bottom to find anything besides the castle and SSE, and the only thing that seems to be available on the shelves is the Contemporary, which I didn't get because it's useless to me without the other two hotels.
