No, Skippy is not evil because he is considered a "lower life form". How could a "lower life form" be evil. If he was considered "stupid" he would not be capable of being evil. Also, S.I.R. talks to him like he is a lesser "thing" and hurts skippy by frying him. Why would an "evil" alien be fried by another "evil" alien, or anybody else.

Skippy is X-S Tech's version of a lab rat. That's why he's tested on. He's not evil, just a cute little test subject that X-S Tech took with them to test the machine. And Tim Curry (the voice of the robot who teleports Skippy) just doesn't like Skippy.

Based on my last answer, SIR isn't really evil. He just has a grudge against Skippy. He was built by X-S Tech, so, if X-S Tech is truely evil, which I think they are just out to make money, they would have built SIR to do what X-S commands SIR to do. Remember, SIR stands for Simulated Intelligence Robot, so he's really not alive, just a highly advanced robot. If alien-made robots can be evil... well that's another story.

SIR is not evil, but "bad."

XS Techs are Space Pirates.. Running around the Universe looting from small planets such as our own. If we learned anything from PoTC then we know all pirates are bad yet humerous, male, and entertaining to watch - as is SIR.

SIR is demeaning to Skippy, therefor we must conclude that if SIR is a pirate then Skippy is female (Reference: Red Haired Cargo Woman). If Skippy is female then she is the victim of SIR and therefor she must be good because SIR is bad.
