So what's the answer...
There's no definite ANSWER...this is all theory, there's no fact. But, we can make conclusions.
I have a pretty good theory...having to do with certian bears who are not on stage and why they might do something to Big Al for a certain reason...think....

Big Al is a heavy person...err.....bear (hence the name)
Maybe the stage couldn't support his weight, and he fell through the bottom.

She is in DL isn't she in the Tiki Room Show there.

As Jose would say "Lo siento, senor..." (dang accents, etc)...
In all Tiki Room versions in ENGLISH (LOL), Rosita has never appeared!

Ya know, I've been wondering the same thing, and here's what I think:
Unlike Jose, Fritz, and the rest of the crew, Rosita wasn't tied to her birdpost (stand, hanger, thingy) by those clumsy electrical wires. So, she simply flew away.
The other birds are, of course, jealous. They wish they could get rid of those pesky electrical / pneumatic connections, but they just can't seem to break away from them.
I think Rosita has been having a little affair with that barker bird for a while. I mean, what charming chickadee wouldn't want to have some fun with the big celebrity? Now that he's gone too, the two love-birds are having fun somewhere far away from their old monotonous day job.
