That's a small minority of linear channel content. There's no need to have Law & Order or Murder She Wrote reruns live.
Library streamers can handle live shows, as D+ did with Dancing with the Stars.

The announcement they're spending less on content than expected probably excited them.

The studio has had a historic run, and we still had good performance with Avatar 2 and GotG 3. The rest has been disappointing, and we're working on it.

We grew subs *really fast* initially. So, it's taking time to find the right price.
