Epcot Casino was happening in my head
“Short-sighted decision makers tore down a perfectly good building at Epcot that could have been used for sports betting and casino games”

Bob likes your money. End of story.I’m not trying to be negative, but man Chapek is starting to get on my nerves more then usual. His vision on that call doesn’t sound good at all. I usually lurk in this threads since I am not the most knowledgeable on financial matters but I am not liking what he was saying.
Some on budget and savvy just brown bag and eat on a park bench in the parks.Splitting a meal saves money and allows you to eat less. Problem solved without affecting anyone else.
Yea, I know it’s just the way he casually presents all these measures that has “great response” when it doesn’t. Then he further makes it worse with all the cuts.Bob likes your money. End of story.

I'm jealous! You also have your private DVC parties in the park and the private DVC lounge where you can chill out in Epcot Imagination area.True. Others eat in their rooms as well. These days we’ll eat at least one meal in our room, usually two. Of course, as DVC owners we can do that, which I realize isn’t available to a majority of park consumers.

Well, the private parties are few and far between, we’ve never been there when one has gone on. The lounge really isn’t much more than soda these days, from what I’ve been told by my wife. I think there was a small snack available when I was last there, but I think those are gone at present.I'm jealous! And we should “help” them…why? Exactly?Oh yes! You can easily split a meal and save money that way. I was the one who would bring in PB&J sandwiches with me....
…um…that’s not how it goesI'm jealous! You also have your private DVC parties in the park and the private DVC lounge where you can chill out in Epcot Imagination area.
I am sure these same conversations were happening before, but they at least considered public perception before discussing these cutbacks and prices increases. Now it is in your face that you are just a dollar bill. They talk about guests like they are a manufacturing company cutting costs.I’m not trying to be negative, but man Chapek is starting to get on my nerves more then usual. Yes that has been very noticeable with the change of CEO. He certainly has no concerns about saying it exactly the way it is.I am sure these same conversations were happening before, but they at least considered public perception before discussing these cutbacks and prices increases. I was surprised it was as high as that. I would have guesstimated 15% to 20%Honestly I expected more than 1/3 of visitors using Genie +.
Those are some good numbers. There's awareness campaigns underway and in the works to make it the "staple" that FastPass was, in that most guests knew it was available before they entered the park.Honestly I expected more than 1/3 of visitors using Genie +.
Bob - "The majority of genie and genie plus users said it improved their overall park experience with nearly one third of park guests upgrading to genie plus"
