That's one thing I can give Chapek credit for, at least. Having a calm misdeameanor.

I meant internally, not public facing. I see a lot of confidential internal communications in my job.

I was working on a case last year where the CEO sent like a 3 page profanity filled screed to all of the other top executives ranting at them over missing EPS by 4 cents. It wasn't a company of Disney's size (not that there are very many) but it was Fortune 500.

Going only by the operating segments (the parts that make money) the whole corporation:

Profited $1.6B in Q4
Profited $7.8B for the fiscal year.

For the total Profit/Loss for the whole company:

Profited $159 in Q4 (last year's Q4 was a $710M loss)
Profited $2B in 2021 (last years fiscal year loss was $2.8B)

WRT Parks and Experiences, the 4Q profited $244M Domestically.

WRT Capex: in the fiscal year of 2020, Disney spent $1.6B on domestic parks. And in the fiscal year 2021, Disney spent $1.5B on domestic parks.

The way Chapek talks about ESPN and live sports' component to the DTC offerings seems like it was directed to that junk spin-off report.

Christine - "Attendance trends continued to strengthen at our domestic parks with Walt Disney World Q4 attendance up double digits versus Q3"

"Keep in mind that due to longer vacation-planning lead time we don't expect to see a substantial recovery in international attendance at our domestic parks until towards the end of fiscal 2022."

On Cruises -

"While we expect social distancing restrictions to remain in place for at least the first half of fiscal 2022, booked occupies for the second half of the year is ahead of historical ranges at significantly higher pricing. We're excited for the Disney wish to set sail in June of 2022 with the inaugural season already nearly 90% booked."

"Disney Store at Target will triple its footprint by the end of the year" sounds an awful lot like "The Michael Scott Paper Company, however, has opened a new branch this very month."
