Discount Rates

Here is a generic yet oh so pointed question. . .

First, the fabric
In 2004, when we booked our November trip in January of that year, we booked through the Disney site. Lo and behold, a discount code came out sometime in the Summer for Fall trips. Since our arrival date was in that "window" we were able to apply the rate (saved a little over $400).

Now the question(s)
Is it common for Disney to offer discounted Fall rates? And if so, when do they typically offer them? And lastly, if booked through AAA (as we did this year) can you still apply a discounted rate?

Yes, it has been common for them to release fall discounts, but it's never guaranteed that one will be released or when it will be released. If you are booked through AAA at their discount, then the discount code can not be applied to that booking. Your trip would need to be re booked with the discount code. I hope this helps!

I agree 100%. Booking through KK is by far the best way to book rooms at WDW at the best rate. I booked a trip from 9/29/7 to 10/2/7 a month or so ago through KK. AP rates came out yesterday and about 7:00 PM I got a call from Marie at KK letting me know that she had already re-booked me at the new AP rate and dropped my total room price by over $100. In the past I would have had to check everyday for a discount rate and when one came out I would have to start banging the phones at 7:00 AM to try and rebook. KK does all the work for me and doesn't charge me a dime. I can't imagine booking without them.

Count me in as another satisfied KK client (or should I say FAN). Pam and her talented team always do right by me. I really appreciate how patient and proactive they are, not to mention professional and knowledgeable. I used to do-it-myself, but not any more. KK always takes excellent care of me and have earned my loyalty.
