Ok thank you very much ! In that case you had to go through the live video process again or you could have access to the advance reservation chat without waiting ?

So i did the interview 1st on 1 link. Was approved the lady said that i was only able to book day 1 & had to wait til my entire trip was eligible. So i didnt bother. I went back online thats Sunday as i was home all day watching football and used the other link to book rides only and when i was finally picked up the chat the person was able to book my entir trip. The booking was not face to face all via typing in the chat window. Very time consuming but worth it. Just be prepared bc they will ask you for what rides and off memory ask if you want morning afternoon or evening then give you a time
