Dino Institute

Hey everyone, I just got a new car...I call it the Time Rover. Mainly becauseIt's a white/cream colored 1986 Suzuki Samauri with absolutely horrible shocks so it offers the bumpiest and according to myself and friends, the BEST ride around (that's not at a park of course). But because I call it that, I want to put a logo for the Dino Institute on my Dashboard. Does anybody know where I can find one...Like a picture that i can print out and stick in the car?

Hi Tony, I dont know of any stuff you can find online and download to print, but if you call 1-407-363-6200 that is the WDW mailorder section. If you explain to them exactly as you did here, they may be able to ship you something like that from the Animal Kingdom probably the Chester and Hester gift shop area in Dinoland. They might have something like that. Shipping and handling are tacked on but sales tax isnt on all items. Good Luck. Belle

:lol: You sound just like me!... I'm always trying to reinact the rides in my car whenever my friends and I drive around!... (yeah, I live on the wild side!)
Maybe you can add a little something like "CTX" or something hidden on the bottom of the car... Just an idea

First of all, I'd like to say that i'm glad I'm not the only one. Phew. Secondly, there is a little piece of plastic that says "Samauri" on it that I am going to remove and replace with "CTX ROVER." I think it's funny how you were thinking almost the exact same thing

HAHA! That sounds great! I was thinking of putting a little sign in my car that says something like, "please keep all hands and arms inside the vehicle and stow all belongings in the baskets provided." (Yeah.. I'm a big dork!) I've even have this microphone that transmits my voice through the radio! I used to drive my parents Suburban before I had my own car... that was a Blast!!! :hammer: :hammer:

Nothing is gonna top what i'm planning, so if anyone is a dork here, it's me. I work at a home improvement store, and i have a few buddies in the electrical dept. Depending on the size of my next paycheck We're gonna get about six of those little LED light keychains (those really bright white, blue, red, green, and/ or yellow ones) and somehow wire them and make a button on the dashboard and have 3 of the lights on the left side of the 3 on the right, and I have a tape of the ride dialogue that plays, so everytime i accelerate onto a freeway when i have friends or just passengers in general, I can play the tape "Time Travel Commencing" and set the lights off. It should turn out really cool.

HAHAHAH A Suburban....I'd go for a beige one, and get the mike to the radio in there and go by the name "Simba 1" constantly talking to a guy named "Wilson" and start chasing elephant poachers....

ahhhh. A Kilimanjaro Safari sounds good right about now. That is so sad that i came up with all that without even having to think. Anyway...

:lol: :lol: That is AWESOME!!! Yeah, the Suburban is gold so it can pass as a safari vehicle (sorta anyway ). All I need to do is open all the windows and put some luggage on the roof and I'm all set! Actually.. I've got that ride stuff on cd, so I just pop it in and go through neighborhoods and stuff and stop when they're like, "and to the left..." I've got that and the monorail stuff on cd, so when it's "riding around time" and it's my turn to drive, my friends know what cd's going to be in the car! :hammer: :lol:

I reinact Test Track everyday to and from work. (actually, I go faster)

I used to do the Test Track thing in the oldsmobile, it IS a GM car, after all.

I would scare the s--- out of my friends when I would say, "Let's Throw in a surprise test" but I would leave out the "You pick" part. And when I would do, oh I don't know, an ABS test, thats when they would decide that lunch with me may not have been the best idea.

Do a search for the pin, "Dino Institute", for give me but I do not know the number off the top of my head, but it does exist as it was a pre-opening cast pin. THere you may copy the picture of the pin & with a little creativity on your computer, enlarge it to your heart's content.
