We have a dinner ressie at the Whispering Canyon Cafe at 6:20pm and our plan is to catch the MSEP at 8pm, followed by Wishes at the MK.

Assuming dinner takes an hour and are done by 7:30pm, is this cutting it too close to making it back to the MK and getting a good view of the MSEP?

Arriving early to hopefully get seated early is your best bet...I would even try showing up for 5:45/5:50....it's fun to walk around the WL lobby anyway.
You would definitley be cutting it close, we usually count on an hour and a half being the fastest you can rush through any table service meal. An hour is tough. Good luck, you'll pull it off!!

Thanks! :D Since we only ever make it to WDW every 4 yrs or so...I'm makin sure I get myself (and the fam) a fantastic view of the MSEP!

I messed up our schedule back in Dec and made it into MK less than 30 min before the start of MSEP. We still ended up getting a fairly decent viewing spot about halfway down Main Street, BUT I consider that pure luck and it was a VERY STRESSFUL time before we found said spot...so I would not recommend going this route to anyone unless you have a brainless moment last minute like I experienced. :hammer:
