We are planning a short trip to WDW the week of Thanksgiving. I called this morning to get my ADR's all lined up. So far, we have:

Mon. 23rd: San Angel Inn at 6:15pm
Tues. 24th: Teppan Edo at 8:30pm
Wed. 25th: Tony's town Square at 6:40pm
Thurs. 26th: Coral Reef at 7:35pm

We will have 3 children with us - so I think that Teppan Edo at 8:30pm is too late for us.

Any kid friendly suggestions?? I've thought about a dinner show - I'm just not sure that some of my family members would like to pay $50 for dinner and a show.

I loved San Angel Inn and Teppan Edo.

Try for Ohana, though that might be tough to get in.

Disney Dining is very difficult with the dining plan now.

Disneian,

God you do not know how hard it is to get in anything during the week of Thanksgiving.

We started on Sunday booking our ADR and there are 2 places we are trying to get into and they are Cape May & 1900 Grand Fare.

We are doing the Hoop dee do review.

The other places are Chef Mickeys, Sci Fi Diner & Holoywood & Vine.

Thanks for the suggestions ... I'll have to try to coax people into 50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi since I would like to spread out meals out more evenly in the parks. I'm traveling with some fuddie duddies!

So far, we have lucked out with our ressies and I really only want to find something a little more accomodating than an 8:30 time slot.

Once again, thanks so much for the ideas!

Just called and got in at Whispering Canyon at 6:40pm for the 24th. Funny enough, that Tuesday was the only day I had trouble booking - Thanksgiving was a breeze compared to Tuesday the 24th.

My ressies are done - not impressive, but I'm going with 7 first timers and getting them to following along in my footprints concerning dining has been very trying. I told them how hard it was to find ADR's and they didn't believe me! I'm lucky I got everyone on board with a nightly dinner!!

Don't ya just love family! At least it's a start! I pity the members of my family who think they are going to be able to do walk in's. Quick Service it will be for them!

The Hoop Dee Doo Revue is one that we have to do every time we go... It's pretty expensive but it's a meal and entertainment for 2 hours... all for $50 at Disney, which isn't bad.

My 7 year old always wants to go to Chef Mickey's for breakfast... and Whispering Canyons (I think that is what it is called) is fun for kids as well.
