Dining reservation question/problem...

Hi all,

My question/problem is, made reservations back in September/October for trip 12/5-12/12. Wife called last week to see if we could get an additional dinner reservation on one of our days for our party of 8 people. CM said all of your other ressies are for 4 and 5 people, is 8 right? She told her they all should be 8, not 4 or 5.

They have no other slots open to accommodate our number on our previous ressies.

Would I do better calling and asking for a supervisor? Or just show up at the times scheduled, tell them they put the wrong number down and see what happens? What do you think? I have never had this problem before.

That stinks! If it were me, I would want it sorted out before I got there, otherwise I would be stressing the whole time about what would happen when we just showed up. Hope you can get it figured out!

I believe you need to follow up now and get it reconciled. If you just show up, I can guarantee that you will just get a shoulder shrug, a sorry and there's nothing I can do.

Don't know how that could have happened, because the details are repeated multiple times....good luck.

The whole time when making the reservations, the CM always said for 8. I don't get it. I will see what they say.
