Disney's Spirit of Aloha Dinner Show at the Polynesian is awful. It’s expensive, the food is bad, the beer is cheap (and warm) and the show goes on way too long.

Everything else looks great.

That's the day were arriving too! Here's to hoping it's a nice slow week! Some of the trip reports I've read lately have been unbelievable with crowds, I know it's the start of summer but I've always thought that the end of may 1st of June was somewhat bearable when it came to crowds.
We have been a few time that week, we go for two weeks as we hate long touring days we go with no kids and I want to relax. Been hit and miss over the last few trips on the crowds - if you are there the day they film the parade - avoid Magic Kingdom - just crazy!!!

I respectfully disagree, this will be the fourth time we have gone, we enjoyed the food all 3 previous trips, service was solid, and we enjoyed the show. On the other hand, we did not enjoy the food or show of the Hoop De Doo which many others rave about. Just not our cup of tea but certainly would not recommend against it as many people enjoy it. Remember that an opinion is just that and others may have a completely different one. Food quality does vary greatly at Disney so either you may have gotten unlucky or we may have been very lucky.

I'd cut Tony's for sure...and probably Rainforest Cafe, too. The Poly Luau is fair. I don't advise going, but I certainly wouldn't suggest someone shouldn't.

I think that if you want to go there, you should! Everyone should try the stuff they want to try!

Have fun!

I know Tony's is really hit and miss, the one time we went, my wife loved it. It is certainly on the hit list if we do not get free dining. Rainforest we have been to at home and it is OK, off the list as well without free dining but we wanted a sit down on our AK day.
