Dining plan ?

I have been making some ADR's and looking at the menu's before hand to get an idea of what we would choose etc. My ? is looking at T-Rex if I choose one of the Sandwiches but didn't want the chips and subistute the the salad or fries is that included or are those extras?

That is up to the discretion of your server and the manager of the restaurant. Some may give it to you, some may say 'no substitutions'. Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing ahead of time, so I would prepare for the worst (paying extra) just in case.
