Dining Plan Question

I searched and couldn't find the answer to this: are there limitations to the dining plan? I was looking through the menus, and noticed that there were some expensive items on some of the menus and I was wondering if any of these are excluded:

Lobster Tail at Cap'n Jack's? (table service)
1/2 Chicken and BBQ Rib Combination at Cosmic Rays? (counter service)

Any others limitations I haven't thought of?

Any "add-ons" will cost extra. For example, if they have Lobster Tail listed as an entree, you can order it but if it's listed as an add-on to other dishes, you'd have to pay the add-on cost.

They used to indicate that some restaurants had surcharges for certain items, but now it's simple... You can order one appetizer, one entree, one dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage [except special drinks that come in collector cups or have the flashing cubes]. If it's listed as an appetizer, entree or dessert it's fair game.

Just know that some restaraunts are so expensive that they either cost two table service credits, or they are not included in the Dining Plan at all.

Also, a general rule of thumb is that Lobster is never included in the dining plan, even at the more expensive restauarants where you use two credits - it will be an add-on cost.
