Bare with me here, im still a little stuck...Would I be able to do Chef Mickeys buffet for breakfast, and Coral Reef for dinner in one day, or is it 1 at a time table service per day?
Once your credits are on your card, you can use them all the same day [if you can eat that much ]. The credits expire at midnight on the day you check out. You can use them any way you want until they run out or expire.

Go ahead and use them all in one day if you need to. I saw someone come in on our last trip and use all his snack credits for the entire trip (granted he didn't know what he was doing when he did it.) They don't care, they just want the kids to use the kids meals and adults to use the adult meals. But I cheat sometimes and get my kids an adult meal (my husband in one line and I in another). Then we might use the kids credits on smaller meals when we just need a snack. We especially do this at Pinnochio Haus. The last time we were there, the kids meals did not include pizza which my kids really wanted. We bought 3 adult meals (separate lines) and then used the kids credit later in the trip when I only wanted a smaller meal.

Also, be aware that there are some restauarants that require you to use two TS credits to eat there and the list is on the website shanny posted. The ones I can recall offhand are: Cinderella's Royal Table, California Grill, Jiko, Narcoosee's, Citricos, Brown Derby, Yachtsman, Hoop de doo Review.
That's right...
Also Mickey's Backyard BBQ at FW
Spirit of Aloha at Poly

You can use your TS credits as you wish.
This just means that by the end of your trip, you may not have a TS left.
We did not have enough TS credits to book all of the reservations that we wanted for Sept., so we chose the cheapest TS meal to pay for out of pocket.
