I ate there last trip for the first time.
I did not find it all that great. It was good, but not great.
We had a 5:30 ADR, got seated right away, and then waited in the buffet line for 20 minutes. The waiter said "there are no lines for salad or desser" - But who wantes to start on dessert (Plus I dont find Zebra domes that all fired great, and neither do my kids)
I did enjoy the food on the buffet. It was sort of bland in my opinion. The bobotie was very good, and that happens to be one of my favorite African dishes. I was suprised to see no Yassa, poulet or otherwise on the buffet. Poulet Yassa is like the hamberger and fries of Senegal. Maybe because it contains mustard, vinegar, and a TON of onions it might be too "crazy" to put out?
It's not a bad place, but I was expecting something more exotic. I really did not find the food there too far off the beaten path for my tastes. That coupled with the long wait and the loud atmosphere sort of took it down a couple of notches.
I will say that by the time we left, there was almost no line for the buffet. It must be when that first wave of diners hits at opening.
