Looks great! Now it just looks like MGM Studios. That concept art envisioned a version of DCA where you could ride Superstar Limo while guests in adjacent Disney Land enjoyed Rocket Rods. It was all downhill after 2001.

The majority, if not all of the figures are reused. They are easy to tell when looking at side to side comparisons.
While Jim Hill is disliked here, I think his comparison page is probably very accurate.

It's obvious some of the same creative team worked on Sindbad's Storybook Voyage at Tokyo DisneySea as Superstar Limo, as many of the AAs are in a similar big-head style. What's incredible is that Sindbad is the best ride Disney has ever built anywhere do not @ me, and Superstar Limo was the hottest garbage pile ever created.

It helps that the AAs in Sinbad move with amazing fluidity and sing a fantastic song. The AAs in SL pivoted, leaned snd performed fart gags.
