Alright so i have JUST NOW heard about the Diamond Horseshoe Saloon Revue despite having been to Disney more times than i can count. I looked up the Reviews for it and there are some there but what i cant figure out is if it is closed or not. Is this show/restaurant still there? And if so is it any good?

No show for many years. It's now a temporary overflow TS location during free dining. At other busy times of year I think it's used for CS seating.

I am actually eating there on our first day of the trip as it was last minute. The food is Liberty Tree Tavern food I think. Its family style turkey, ham, stuffing, etc.

Well, it was awesome. But it hasn't been shown for quite a while, and it's a shame because the building just sits there usually. Last time I went it was used for a Toy Story meet & greet.

The shows were along the lines of Hoop-De-Doo (Western saloon shows) and were very entertaining. They had several different shows, which made for repeat visits. I remember going inside the nice, air-conditioned theatre and expecting to be bored by corny jokes and can-can gals, but everyone was clapping along and we had a blast. It's a shame that so much live entertainment has been cut over the last few years.

Indeed DHS is being used for "overflow" Liberty Tree Tavern (same menu without characters) for select nights during free dining. It has been used (and will continue to be used) during holiday times as well, such as Thanksgiving week, Christmas/New years week, Easter week, and Fourth of July "weekend" (all the huge attendance days basically).

The space is randomly used for quick service at lunch (and sometimes dinner) serving salads and sandwiches (think very basic deli style food).
