Maybe no one will care to enjoy more than one entree?

Given some of the reports of slowness at Skipper Canteen, I wonder whether the kitchen can handle the increased demand of a third sit-down restaurant.

BBQ Turkey? Were they forced to find a way to use the rest of the leg donors? That's certainly a niche dining choice, you'd be out of business most places in the South and West trying to pass that off as BBQ.

When it was open as QS last year they offered a BBQ turkey sandwich. It wasn't too bad, but yes, why they picked turkey is a little weird.

I believe its all you care to eat of the salad, corn bread, and the 1 entree you ordered. You cannot order a second entree, but for the $33 you will be able to order more of your choice of meat.

So I order one choice, and my SO orders a different choice, so we share the plates and get two choices? Or are the CMs going to stand over me forcing me to only eat off of my own plate?

I left a comment/question on the Disney Parks blog but no ones answered.

The plan is to extend into summer (if it does well). I'm sure it'll close for Winter 2017, though.

Here's hoping it continues to do well. This park needs more dining options year-round. And there now seems to be no down time.

Maybe with the new tiered pricing, the certain dining locations will open on par with the designated regular or peak times.

Well we know that's not going to happen. I would suppose you could share your two entrees. Well find out for sure soon enough. I was just making a guess based on the available information. I have already discovered that the entire complex this three restaurants, ONE kitchen. I assumed two, one for Safair, and one for the Lib Tree/Horseshoe. Appearantly its just one for all three.

I would guess it will work the same way the Paula Deen restaurant in Gatlinburg does. Each person at the table picks an entree for themselves from the menu and there are unlimited refills of that dish for that person.
